Hush does not accept returns.

A problem with your order?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Hush or email help@tryhushpouch.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Please include photos when relevant so we can review the problem.

Automatic refills

Canceling automatic refills stops future renewals. It does not automatically return or refund an order already placed. To request help with an existing order, contact us.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
