Shopping with Hush

These terms describe purchases from the Hush online store at tryhushpouch.com. For questions about a product or order, contact Hush or email help@tryhushpouch.com.

Products, prices, and orders

Review your selected flavors, quantity, purchase option, and total before placing an order. Prices are shown in US dollars unless a different currency is explicitly displayed. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout. Your order confirmation records the items and prices for your order.

Automatic refills

If you select automatic refills, your subscription renews monthly according to the price and schedule in your subscription details. You can manage or cancel future renewals through Manage refills. Read the cancellation policy for details.

Shipping and returns

Our shipping policy explains delivery options and estimates. Hush does not accept returns. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as described in our return policy.

Product information

Read the information, directions, and warnings on the product label before use. Website descriptions do not replace the product labeling.
